Meet with our industry experts

Our step-by-step process begins with an assessment of your project. We will come to your home to discuss your ideas and dreams, and if you prefer, we can also meet at our showroom. An assessment will help you better understand the actual costing of your project, timing, as well as how your vision and ideas can all come together.

Proposal

Following our Assessment meeting, we will share a detailed proposal within 2-3 workings days for you to review, which we can then discuss and clarify any points before a final agreement is prepared.

Contract sign-off

After the proposal has been approved by you, we will share a final working agreement within two working days.

Start the project

Once the contract is signed off, the project begins. Regardless of the type of the project – residential or commercial - we work very closely with all our clients to ensure your project runs smoothly—on time and on budget.

Project execution

During the course of the works, depending on the project complexity, we’ll keep you updated on the progress with periodic site inspections.

Enjoy your new space

Once the job nears completion, we will walk you through the project to discuss any outstanding work and hear your feedback to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed!
